This portfolio will serve as a comprehensive reflection of his experiences and accomplishments.

About Francis Mutyaba
Francis Mutyaba is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of Mutbarisa Construction Ltd, a firm he founded in 2017 to pursue his passion for construction excellence. With a professional background that spans both private sector projects and public service, Francis has worked on major developments including the Bank of Uganda currency centre in Kabale and FINCA Uganda premises. He currently serves as a Quantity Surveyor at the Uganda Revenue Authority, focusing on Deemed VAT and VAT exemption.
Beyond his technical expertise, Francis is deeply committed to financial empowerment and community development. He is the President of the URA Team Exp 2019 Investment Club and an active member of the SMACK League’s Devils Team. A proud alumnus of St. Mary’s College Kisubi and Makerere University, Francis blends professional integrity with a passion for leadership and mentorship. He resides in Bujuuko, Wakiso, with his wife and three children.
